Generously sized wells welcome round or square pans, as well as liquid and tube watercolours, while bevelled edges help colour flow easily onto the spacious mixing surface. The coordinating dual water cup keeps two water supplies at hand, with a 8" Square Cold Press Sketchbook completing the collection. Watercolour asks a lot from paper. 100% cotton handles water beautifully, allowing pigments to flow while standing up to washes, layering and reworking. Both sketchbooks use artist-grade 100% cotton paper, so paper quality remains consistent even as you move between two very different surfaces. How does the pre-order work? Bringing these custom porcelain pieces to life requires us to produce them in a larger quantity, so we need to reach 200 pre-orders before the project ends to make this possible. If we hit our goal, production will go ahead. If we don’t, you’ll receive a full refund within 3 working days. Are the porcelain pieces handmade by Eleni? The designs are based directly on original pieces Eleni created especially for this collaboration. To make the quantity needed for this release possible, we created production moulds from her original samples, allowing us to faithfully reproduce her designs at scale. Every detail and final piece was reviewed and approved by Eleni. Why does the water cup have two compartments? The dual design lets you keep two water supplies separate while you paint. You might use one for rinsing and one for cleaner water, or dedicate each side to different colour families.
