The Gondo coffee is processed at the Gondo Factory by the New Ngariama Farmers Cooperative Society Ltd, which brings together smallholder farmers growing heirloom and newer cultivars like SL28, SL34, Ruiru 11, and Batian. TASTING NOTES: Oak, Dark Chocolate, Raisin ROAST LEVEL: Dark Roast RECOMENDED BREW METHOD: We recommend brewing this coffee as a batch brew. We have been tasting a lot of dark chocolate, oak barrel and fruity berry pop. Like with all of our coffees, enjoy it how you like it!
