Must be 18+ with valid state-issued picture ID. This appointment is for ONE PERSON only. Please book a quantity of one appointment per person, per time slot. Tooth Gem Pricing Single Swarovski gem: $90 Each additional Swarovski gem: $40 Full gem pavé - single tooth: $190 Frame - single tooth: $160 14k gold: $190 per gem This appointment is for tooth gem services only. If you would like to book an appointment for a jewelry change or piercing, please book separately. By booking this appointment, you are agreeing to these terms: Deposits are taken to secure your appointment time. Your deposit is applied to your total balance during your visit. Total cost is determined on services and designs that you choose - prices vary. Please call or email ahead for prices and information. Deposits are non-refundable, but are transferable if rescheduled within 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If you must reschedule, email us at info@somaticbodypiercing.com. Come alone. We can only accommodate ONE PERSON AT A TIME in the procedure room. We cannot allow any additional guests to your appointment. Minors with an appointment must be accompanied by only one parent. No-shows and last minute cancellations will forfeit their deposit. Bring your ID. Valid government issued photo ID is required for all services. Please bring your ID to your appointment.
