Lagoon

A green and blue eye framed by long black lashes looks out from the lower wing, on a gradient that runs from yellow through green to deep blue. On the upper wing a yellow sphere dotted in black sits above bold black and blue stripes, and a small black dot marks the edge of each wing. The butterfly rests on a black daisy with glossy petals, its polished black body and fine antennae just above a speckled centre, on a slim stem that rises from a round black base. The artist's signature sits on the lower wing. Medium: Steel Size: 144 × 40 × 45 cm Edition: Single original Signed: Hand-signed by the artist Certificate of authenticity included
