DIY Wearable Floral Witch Hat

We're taking an old favorite workshop and giving it a new spin. In the past, we've created custom witch hats as home decor on a 2D wood cutout. This time, we're creating one of a kind 3D witch hats that you can wear! Each participant will be provided with a ready-made cloth witch hat with wide brim and slouchy, ruched style. Then we will work to transform these by hand-dyeing wood flowers and adding dried or preserved foliage, ribbons, feathers, lace and more. Wood flowers and foliage won't die so you can use this beautiful piece again next year! Many dye colors available for the flowers so you can create your custom arrangement to match your personality. You may bring your own charms, patches, etc. to further customize your hat if you wish. Some of the photos shown are from our 2D class, but should give you an idea of the possibilities. Pre-registration required. This workshop is for ages 12+ (minors must attend with adult). Please note, hats are one size (adult).
