The warm and dry 2025 growing season gave great conditions for this late ripening variety. Great concentration and low yields meant a small amount of Roussanne could be isolated, and the result is this exciting production. Rich, full bodied, and extremely unique. Full of exotic flavours and substantial structure, and substantial enough to pair with osso bucco, or perhaps cote de boeuf, au jus, and horseradish. A very limited quantity was produced and may not be made again in the near future, so this is a wine you don't want to miss.
