About this coffee: Chelchele is a washing station in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. This particular lot of high quality coffee was anaerobically fermented for several days, and then dried on raised beds with the fruits still intact. This "supernatural" processing leads to incredibly nuanced and fruited flavors, like an incredible candy if it was a coffee. Sounds weird, but once you try it, you will understand.
