Sedge Cowl Pattern

The Sedge Cowl is an easy, elegant bias-knit cowl with a beautifully simple construction. Worked flat in stockinette on the bias, it creates a smooth, drapey fabric and a subtle diagonal line that gives this straightforward project a little extra interest. This new version is knit with just one skein of Loop Linden, our fingering-weight blend of superwash merino and cashmere. Linden gives the cowl wonderful softness and drape, making it comfortable enough to wear close to the neck. At 48" around, Sedge can be worn long in a single loop or doubled for extra warmth.
