Rio Blanco

Rio Blanco by Posterity Coffee brings together lots from more than 50 small-scale growers in Herrera, Tolima, Colombia. By pooling their resources through a local association, these producers can support one another despite farming an average of just 4.5 hectares each.Grown at around 1,700 metres above sea level in a region capable of producing multiple harvests each year, the coffee is washed and lightly roasted for filter brewing.
