Bahar – Brass Banana Bunch in Bloom

Bahar – Banana Bunch in Bloom Bahar shows the whole banana bunch, from the curved stalk to the blossom at its tip. The fruit is layered in tiers along a ridged stem. The sculpture weighs 25 kg. More than 20 artisans work on each one over several days, shaping, joining and finishing every banana by hand, so no two pieces are exactly alike. It's a statement piece for an entryway, a large console or a corner that needs presence.
