Elle - Ethiopia Anaerobic Natural, Bombe Sidama

One of our most expressive coffees of the season! Elle is a vibrant, fruit-forward coffee that showcases how thoughtful fermentation can build a naturally expressive cup profile. The aromas are floral, with lavender vanilla and tropical fruit. The cup offers a complex coffee with notes of lychee, berry, tropical fruit, stone fruit, cacao. It's a bit funky and complex. Processing: Processed at the Bombe washing station in Sidama, this coffee combines the traditional diversity of Ethiopian heirloom varieties with a controlled anaerobic fermentation process. Unlike conventional natural coffees, anaerobic fermentation takes place in an oxygen-limited environment before drying, allowing the coffee to develop additional aromatic complexity while preserving the regional character of Sidama.
