Black Laminate Lyon 2 Panel FD30 Fire Door

The Lyon has two raised-effect panels, a large upper and a smaller lower, each with moulded detailing, in black woodgrain laminate. The laminate face is hard-wearing and wipes clean, and it never needs painting. This is the 44mm FD30 fire door, which gives 30 minutes' fire resistance when it's fitted as a complete fire-rated doorset. You'll usually need FD30 doors between a house and an integral garage, and onto the stairs in a three-storey house or loft conversion. Sizes: 1981mm high and 44mm thick in 610mm (24"), 686mm (27"), 762mm (30") and 838mm (33"). Good to know Hang it on three 4" (100mm) fire-rated hinges, in a fire-rated frame with intumescent seals and a self-closer where Building Regulations ask for one. You can trim a little off each edge to fit your opening. The spec table shows the maximum. Optional extras, added before delivery: intumescent strips grooved and fitted.
