24" Double Head Mounting Post | Corona Lighting CX-679B

Maximize lighting coverage and efficiency with the Corona Lighting CX-679B 24-inch Brass Double Head Post Series. Designed for architectural-grade outdoor installations, this heavy-duty mounting post features a dual-head configuration that allows two directional spotlights, floodlights, or path lights to be mounted onto a single structural post. It is ideal for dual-aiming applications—such as illuminating opposite sides of a pathway, cross-lighting specimen trees, or highlighting adjacent architectural features—while minimizing ground penetration and wiring points. Constructed from solid, corrosion-resistant cast brass, the CX-679B features two top-tapped 1/2" NPT female threaded hubs to accept standard 1/2" NPT male threaded fixture stems and adjustable knuckles. Elevating fixtures 24 inches above grade, it keeps light sources clear of tall foliage and groundcover while protecting wire splices from soil moisture. It is offered in three architectural finishes—Antique Bronze (AB), Gun Metal (GM), and Silver Plated (SI)—to match Corona's solid brass fixture lines. Key Features: Dual Head Mounting Configuration: Features two 1/2" NPT female hubs to mount and control two separate fixtures from a single mounting post. Solid Cast Brass Construction: Heavy-duty solid brass body provides ultimate mechanical strength and total resistance to corrosion, soil acidity, and moisture. 24-Inch Elevation Profile: Elevates fixtures 24 inches above ground level to clear dense shrubs, snowpack, or tall garden beds. Dual Standard 1/2" NPT Female Hubs: Accepts all standard 1/2" NPT male threaded fixture hubs, swivel knuckles, and extension risers across 12V landscape lines. Architectural Finish Options: Available in Antique Bronze (AB), Gun Metal (GM), and Silver Plated (SI) to match surrounding landscape hardware and fixtures.
