72% dark chocolate and single-origin olive oil from the sun-drenched coast of Puglia, in the deep south of Italy. The interior is unexpectedly creamy, the chocolate itself deep and slightly fruity, and a finish of flaky Maldon sea salt keeps the whole thing from tipping sweet. It's the kind of bar that makes you reconsider what chocolate is capable of.
