Bonnie Disc Alabaster disc table lamp Crafted from natural alabaster, the Bonnie Disc turns a single slab of stone into a source of light. Every disc carries its own veining, so the glow shifts from warm amber to soft cream across the surface. Switched on, it reads less like a lamp than a lit object — quiet enough for a bedside table, sculptural enough for an entryway console. 30–50 cmØ 11.8″ – 19.7″ 3000–6000Kthree colour temps 150 cmcord with switch Ø 40 cm shown · 3000K Specifications Product Bonnie Alabaster Disc Table Lamp Diameter Ø 30 / 40 / 50 cm — Ø 11.8″ / 15.7″ / 19.7″ Material Solid alabaster, white, polished Base Style A Point or Style B Column Process Cut, ground and hand-polished Light source Integrated LED Colour temperature 3000K warm / 4000K neutral / 6000K cool Power and voltage Max 40W, AC 110–240V Control Inline push-button switch, not dimmable Cord 150 cm / 59″, made longer on request Plug US / UK / AU / EU — fitted to your shipping country Two bases, one disc The alabaster disc is the same in both. No two discs alike Each disc is cut from a different block of alabaster, so the veining is yours alone. Lit from within The LED sits behind the stone, lighting its translucent layers rather than washing the surface. Three diameters 30, 40 or 50 cm — a bedside piece, a console lamp, or a single statement on a sideboard. Warm, neutral or cool Pick 3000K, 4000K or 6000K at checkout — the stone reads differently under each. Plug in and go A 150 cm cord with an inline switch. No hardwiring, no electrician, no wall dimmer needed. Polished by hand Alabaster is soft and uneven, so each disc is thinned by eye until the light comes through evenly. How it’s put together Four parts, nothing hidden: a stone disc, a seat to hold it, the light behind it, and a cord you can reach. 1The alabaster discCut from one block, ground thin enough to pass light. 2Polished edgeThe rim is worked last — it is where the stone glows brightest. 3Integrated LED and driverSeated behind the disc, out of sight, rated max 40W. 4Cord and inline switch150 cm / 59″, switch within reach of the table edge. Shipped with your plug The 150 cm cord arrives already fitted with the plug for your country. Pick one at checkout, or leave it and we match it to your shipping address. Message us before ordering and we’ll fit it at no extra charge. The driver accepts AC 110–240V, so the lamp itself works anywhere. See it to scale Drawn to true proportion, so you can picture how much of the table the disc will take. Ø 30 cm Ø 40 cm Ø 50 cm All three drawn at the same scale The three sizes Ø 30 for a bedside, Ø 40 for a console, Ø 50 as a single piece. Console 150 cm / 59″ Ø 50 cm Leave 15 cm / 6″ of clear surface each side On a console The Ø 50 covers about a third of a 150 cm console. Up close with the stone Three things worth looking at before you buy a lamp made from a natural material. 01Natural veining Every disc is cut from a different block, so the pattern running through yours exists exactly once. 02Light through the edge The rim is ground thinnest. It is where the stone turns amber the moment the lamp comes on. 03Base and switch A shallow seat holds the disc upright. The switch sits on the cord, within reach of the table edge. Worked by hand, block by block Every disc is cut, ground and polished by hand. The same workshop shapes our travertine, marble and onyx pieces. Selecting the block Cutting Grinding Hand polishing Checked against the light From quarry to lamp, judged by eye Alabaster cannot be worked to a number. Each disc is ground a little at a time and held up to the light, until the stone passes just enough of it. That is why every Bonnie glows slightly differently. Made for quiet corners Warm, low and glare-free — it works wherever you want light without a bright bulb in view. Bedroom Best fit Ø 30 on a nightstand, warm 3000K. Entryway Ø 40 or 50 on a console, the first thing lit. Living room Beside a sofa, as a second light after dark. Study 4000K neutral if you read at the desk. FAQ Questions, answered Size & placement Which size should I choose? Ø 30 cm suits a bedside table or a narrow shelf. Ø 40 cm is the usual choice for a console or sideboard. Ø 50 cm works as a single statement piece — give it at least 70 cm of clear width. How deep a surface does it need? The base is shallow, so any table 25 cm (10″) deep or more will hold it. Leave about 15 cm (6″) of clear surface on each side so the glow is not blocked. Can it stand on the floor? It is built as a table lamp. The Ø 50 does sit well on a low plinth or a stack of books, but it has no weighted floor base. Light & power Is it dimmable? No. It ships with an integrated LED and an inline push-button switch, which turns the lamp on and off at a fixed brightness. It is not compatible with a wall dimmer or a dimming smart plug. Can I change the colour temperature later? The LED is integrated, so the temperature is set when you order. Pick 3000K for a warm, lived-in glow, 4000K for a neutral reading light, 6000K for a crisp white. Does it work with my voltage? Yes. The driver accepts AC 110–240V, so it works in North America, Europe, the UK, Australia and most of Asia. Tell us your country at checkout and we ship the matching plug. Can the cord be longer? The standard cord is 150 cm / 59″ with an inline switch. Message us before ordering and we will make it longer at no extra charge. Stone & care Will my lamp look like the photos? No two pieces are identical. Alabaster is a natural stone, so the veining, translucency and tone of the piece you receive will differ from the one photographed. That variation is the material, not a defect. How do I clean it? Wipe with a dry or barely damp soft cloth. Alabaster is porous — keep it away from water, alcohol and household cleaners, which can stain or dull the surface. Is it fragile? Alabaster is softer than marble, so it will chip if knocked against a hard edge. In normal use on a table it needs no special handling. Can I use it in a bathroom? No. It is rated for dry indoor use only, and steam will mark the stone over time. Shipping & orders How is it packed? Each piece ships in custom foam inside a double-wall carton, with the disc and base packed separately. What if it arrives damaged? Send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it. Are duties included? No. Your payment does not include customs duties, local taxes or other import costs. These are charged by your country, not by us. Still unsure about size or colour temperature?
