Our next fortified wine! A base wine from various vintages was crafted with premium grapes, aged in barrel, and fortified with wheat based alcohol from Bare Bones Distillery in Prince Edward County. Riesling, Viognier and Cabernet Franc are infused with cedar, lemon balm, lavender and chamomile.
