All metal is 14k gold fill + ring is one of a kind rose cut ethically sourced amethyst. Gold fill is different than plated, the gold is bonded to jewellers brass. This bonding process binds the 14k gold to the brassl, and with basic care it wears similar to sterling silver (which is also a biding process). It can oxidize over time like silver but polishes up very easily with the polishing square provided. It allows the wearer to wear gold without the cost of solid gold. All rings are final sale.
