When Purpose Calls

A Guide for Leaders Chosen to Serve by Presiding Bishop J. Drew Sheard If you have ever felt the weight of a call but were not sure you could carry it, this book is for the pastor who is faithful in a small congregation and wonders if what he is doing matters. It is for the woman in ministry who has been overlooked and underestimated but refuses to put down the mantle. It is for the bishop who stands before hundreds and still kneels privately, asking God for wisdom. It is for every leader in the Church and beyond who has heard the whisper of purpose and is still trying to figure out what to do next.
