Rich Violet and Dual tone orange Kanjivaram silk saree

A deep violet body glows with jewel-like richness, stepped all over with golden elephant buttas — the most auspicious of Kanchipuram motifs, marching in quiet, even rhythm across the silk. Framing it is a traditional border in dual-tone orange, its gold zari banded with fine lines of green and red in the old temple-town palette. The pallu opens into a resplendent dual-tone orange expanse, its zari stripes and brocade bands shifting between flame and gold as the light moves. A matching blouse completes this heirloom.
