This cake was created to celebrate six years of AMAR, and has quickly become the baker and owner’s new favourite cake to bake — and enjoy. Rich brown butter and bright citrus come together beautifully, creating a soft, decadent texture with a fresh, balanced flavour. And, of course, a healthy 🤭😉 slice of cake. Perfect paired with a warm cup of tea or a vanilla iced coffee, and made for just about any occasion.
