Antique, Edwardian old cut diamond five-stone engagement ring

Provenance Original to c.1910, this Edwardian diamond five stone engagement ring is set with five stunning round old-cut diamonds which have been carefully graduated in size. Set to centre with the largest diamond with a subtle warm tint to it which glows beautifully under light. All five stones are claw-set in open-back settings and the gallery is intricately pierced in a style typical of Edwardian era craftsmanship. The diamonds offer a very flattering spread of stones across the finger and their raised profile allows for a wedding band to sit alongside it very comfortably. Solid shoulders which drop and taper to a gold D-shape shank.
