2 x 10ml Turbo Tanning nasal spray with instructions included. This is for first time users that need to do a loading phase. Use your first bottle for loading, during which time your tan will start to develop. Use the second bottle to “top up” and maintain your tan. This second bottle will last for around a month or longer, depending on how tanned you would like to look.
