Sommelier's Rest - Cork Holder

Sommelier's Rest – the cork, presented Sommelier's Rest is a solid oak block with four parallel grooves that hold wine corks upright at the table. When the bottle is opened, the cork goes into the holder instead of onto the cloth, so the guest can see it and the sommelier keeps a clean station.
