The Spur Western Shirt Navy

The Spur Textured Western Shirt takes familiar Western shirting details and gives them more weight and texture. Cut from a 370gsm cotton-rich weave with 1% elastane, the fabric has enough substance to hold the shape of the shirt while still allowing some movement. A vintage wash takes the edge off the Navy from the first wear and gives the surface a more settled finish. The Western influence is clear in the angled front and back yokes, shaped chest pockets, spear collar and pointed cuff detailing. Resin-filled metal snaps run through the placket, pockets and cuffs, replacing conventional buttons with one of the most recognisable details of Western shirting. At the hem, an inserted side-seam detail is finished with a hand-stitched ampersand embroidery — a small feature worked into the construction rather than added on top. The relaxed fit gives it room to wear over a tee, while the 370gsm fabric makes it substantial enough to work as a layer in its own right.
