How to Use 1. Turn the hand pockets outward so you can insert your hands. 2. Place the front panel beneath your bump. Wrap the straps around your waist, crossing them higher across your back. 3. Use the hand pockets to pull the straps forward with comfortable tension. 4. Fasten the ends onto the lower front panel to support and gently lift your bump. 5.
