Mulu Espresso

Mulu Espresso is Prodigal's new seasonal blend, composed of 100% fresh Ethiopian washed & natural coffees, roasted just a touch darker for espresso. This is a super fun coffee, combining everything we love about classic Ethiopian flavors. Look for citrus and florals from the washed component and rich cherry flavor from the natural. Mulu is punchy and ripe and makes great straight espresso and americanos. We think well-crafted blends are better than the sum of their parts, and we make these blends exclusively out of fresh coffees. Blends are usually unchanging combos of the same two or three coffees, purchased in large quantities for consistency. Instead, Prodigal's blends consist of fresh headline coffees. The exact components change bit by bit to keep the flavor fresh and lively, but the spirit of the blend is the same. We hope you love this coffee as much as we do!
