Turin DF83 Gen 2 Single-Dose Espresso Grinder The Turin DF83 Gen 2 is a powerful 83mm flat-burr single-dose grinder for coffee drinkers who want fast grinding, full-bodied espresso, low retention and a large aftermarket burr platform. It combines Turin burrs, a 550W motor, fixed 1,400 RPM operation, stepless adjustment, a plasma ion generator and a bellows-assisted workflow in a compact aluminum body. It is especially well suited to traditional espresso, medium and dark roasts and milk drinks, while retaining enough adjustment range for light-roast espresso, pour-over, drip, AeroPress and French press.
