Morumbi Dark Chocolate Bar 72%

The cacao for this 72% dark chocolate bar was produced by Morumbi Cacao from Villavicencio, Meta, Colombia. They are a single estate producer with 150 hectares, of which 50 are planted with cacao. The remaining 100 hectares are native forests under environmental conservation policy. This is our first use of Colombian cacao and we love it for its cocoa forward flavours. Our team has captured floral, cream, brown fruit, and nutty flavours in a number of tastings. This cacao is a flavour adventure!
