Most lots that are exported are broken up as day picking of 100+ farmers from their very small plots of coffee. Minani’s farm is big enough to keep, and grade, separately. We are lucky enough to be one of 2-3 roasters in Australia with some of his coffee. Our second Rwanda for the season, a very special release, and a returning producer of four years.
