GYM BBL : phase 1 BUILD A BOD
THIS PROGRAM is one that will help us all learn develop and bounce back to our 2016 bodies because we fell off. Me included. I created this so we can also improve on our 2016 bodies to include curves. This is a full body workout with emphasis on glute building and no neglecting any muscle groups.
