Jaff Kurd bag face. A superb example of full-pile, saturated colors, silky wool, purple-brown fine corrosion, and nine colors. A Kurdish tribal weaving of animal head medallion diamonds, which show talisman-like centers. Minimal ivory is seen only in the square-tipped step half border. See Opie/tribal Rugs, pg. 156.
