Our Sparkle City Wells Dress is our new favorite summer essential!! This bright new print is named after another favorite city in South Carolina!! Sparkle City started out as an acrylic painting that I fell in love with after completion and knew we had to make it into something special!! The painting now resides with one of our favorites at Georgia Southern!! She’s effortlessly fun with a classic twist!! She’s fun and beachy, yet firty and chic.
