Live Lobsters: Purchase by weight. You may need to pay an upcharge at pick up, or receive a slight refund depending on weight. If you order 4 pounds, we will bring 4 lobsters with us, at pick up you decide if you want 4 lobsters (say 5 pounds) & pay the extra, or if you want 2-3 lobsters that total 4 pounds. Fresh Lobster meat - High quality lobster meat, cooked & shucked the day before market and strained. 50/50 tails/claws. Sold by the 1/2 lb. Around 2 lobsters make up a half pound of meat. Please note the price of lobster jumped over the weekend so prices increased on 2/8. We will adjust when prices decrease. Live Oysters: 1 dozen oysters from Swell Oyster Co. in Hampton, NH. Swell Oysters are a full cupped 2.5 inches with balanced, clean brine, scallop like texture and a smooth finish. Live Jonah Crabs: Sourced locally out of the seacoast from Southern Maine Crabs.
