Dartmoor Pony Walk Experience. I am a Dartmoor and international photographer, author, adventurer and public speaker. My love of Dartmoor ponies began when I was born on my mother’s well-known Shilstone Rocks Dartmoor pony stud near Widecombe-in-the-Moor. As a young child, riding Dartmoor ponies, I dreamed of a life of cowboys and Indians in the Wild West of America, and several decades later my dream came true when I rode horses from Mexico to Canada. My adventurous travels have also taken me on horseback across Southern Europe, New Zealand, Ireland and Israel. I have published books about each of my adventures, and also twenty-one early learning children's books about Rainbow the Dartmoor pony, Rainbow and her farmyard friends. and others.
