Medicated ghee for nostrils Ingredients Each 100ml is prepared out of Ghrita (Cow ghee) 100 g, Vatada, Ela, Jatiphala, Jatipatri, Maricha, and Lavanga. - Small quantity of ghee is taken in a steel container and made warm by keeping it in a hot water bath. Dose and Direction of Use 3 to 4 drops of warm ghee are poured into each nostril with a small spoon. The spoon is rotated in such a way that the inner walls of the nostril are lubricated.
