This training program is meant for customer who is new to Simin’s personal training program. 4 Session | 1 Months | 60mins per Session Designed to assess movement quality, establish training structure, and confirm coach-client fit before longer-term commitment. Includes 1-1 personal training Movement assessment & baseline tracking Strength and balance-focused programming Clear recommendation for next training phase Notes Sessions available at GymPod, ActiveSG, or customer’s condo gym 24/7 Fitness Kallang trial access: $28 per session (seperate payment) Advance booking is required Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance Late changes or missed sessions will be charged as one session. * After completing the One-Month Starter Reset, you will have 2 months to decide to join the Foundation Reset or Performance Build program for an exclusive deal.
