Built on the same foundation of classic dry gin botanicals — juniper, coriander, angelica, and the time-honoured ingredients that give a proper gin its structure and backbone — the Winter Gin layers three perfectly chosen seasonal botanicals on top: peppermint bark, winter berries, and lemon myrtle. Peppermint bark brings a cool, invigorating freshness that is festive and bright without ever being sharp; winter berries add a deep, rich fruitiness that gives the gin a lovely warmth and colour; and lemon myrtle — one of the most aromatic and distinctive botanicals in the distiller’s repertoire — contributes a clean, citrusy lift that keeps the whole beautifully balanced and alive.
