The must rests cold for 15 days, ferments in stainless steel, and ages for a year with regular bâtonnage, followed by 18 months in the bottle, creating a rich and complex profile. The nose opens with citrus, honey, dried apricot, saffron, and candied fruit. On the palate, it is soft, elegant, and marked by a persistent minerality that complements its structure.
