The Story The Origin The Roast A limited release micro lot grown in the highlands of Chiapas. Finca Santa Rosa benefits from rich volcanic soils, cool mountain temperatures, and generations of coffee-growing expertise. In 1968 Arturo Lievano Moreno named the farm after his mother, Rosa, and it is now run by his son, Arturo Jr. Organically grown and carefully processed, this lot delivers a chocolatey smooth sweetness, balanced by a gentle citrus lift. Smooth, clean, and easy to enjoy, it's a classic example of why Chiapas remains one of Mexico's most respected coffee-growing regions. Featuring notes of: orange, pomegranate and wildflower honey Original label artwork by Giancarlo DeMarchi Mexico Region Chiapas Altitude 1400-1600m Varietals Typica, Bourbon, Caturra Process Washed Light Medium Roast A lighter medium roast balances vibrant acidity with soft sweetness and a smooth body.
