6 x 2025 Mutage Schonberger 6 x 2025 Botrytis Riesling 2025 Botrytis Riesling (149 g/L, 375ml) This wine has some really beautiful, pure fruit flavours – fresh lime and lemon, as well as orchard fruits such as apple, pear and quince. The fruit came from our friend Sam at stargazer and It’s light and pale in the glass, with subtle sweetness, high acidity, and a streak of minerality that appears as wet stones and chalk on the finish. The wine’s sweetness is perfectly balanced here, keeping it vibrant and incredibly easy to drink. The finish is clean and floral, leaving your mouth watering for more – think of this wine as the ultimate aperitif. 2025 Schönberger Vin de Naturel (142 g/L, 375ml) A must try from this vintage! At 17.5% we call it a mini hand grenade. The first attempt at making a Muscat Beaumes de Venies, that turned out so well we have just sourced fruit for the 2026 vintage. A must for any French bistro, twice baked cheese souffle or lemon sorbet. We are thrilled to show this wine, using traditional methods it was a pain to make.
