Golden Raisin refers to a pale, golden-hued raisin reminiscent of honey. It is intensely sweet yet possesses the aroma of green grapes. The honey-like sweetness felt in this coffee, combined with the dried fruit nuances from the natural processing method, brings Golden Raisin to mind. It fully possesses the nutty aroma reminiscent of walnuts found in medium roasts. The honey-like sweetness brings to mind chestnut honey. BLUE VOLCANO FARM, VOLCAN AZUL Volkan Azul Farm is a historic coffee plantation that has been operated by the fifth generation since the 19th century. Meaning "Blue Volcano," the name reflects the farm's ideal environment for coffee cultivation, characterized by the fertile soil of the volcanic region and warm weather. Furthermore, the farm strives to preserve the evergreen tropical rainforest; owner Alejo Calle has even gone so far as to purchase over 1,500 hectares of land in the vicinity. He hopes that the spirit of environmental protection will be passed down to future generations.
