The name Logan Petit Lot was inspired by Logan Square in Chicago where duo Vanessa and Remi sparked upon the idea to create a better nut butter that was both small-batch and great tasting. This is a pantry staple! Made with only two ingredients, it can easily be mixed to your sweet and savoury dishes or enjoyed on its own for breakfast. Logan Petit Lot uses organic peanuts sourced from a group of 10 farmers in Yoakum County, Texas. The peanuts are then roasted in small-batches at their facility, and blended with a touch of Canadian sea salt to bring out the full depth of flavour.
