The DECKED Drawers require approximately 4 inches of clearance to open, while the first 5.5 inches of the drawer are occupied by the handle housing and tapered design. As a result, accessing or removing items from the drawers with the tailgate closed is extremely difficult, adding an extra layer of security for your stored gear.
