Habanero Arbol Tamarind

So this is a sauce I've been kicking the tires on for a while. We take fresh habaneros and pair them with sweet and tart tamarind, along with the smokey and acidic Chili de Arbol for a sauce that I'm sure someone out there has made but I'm going to make famous. This sauce is so good that it will most likely end up my next fully branded sauce that I bring to market. You saw it here first. Grab a bottle. It's freaking amazing. Update: We have adjusted the recipe and added some sour orange juice, Guajillio Chili Peppers, and yellow mustard seed to the party and things are getting serious. Seriously delicious! Ba-dum ching! Get your hands on some of the second iteration of this sauce now before it's all gone. I'm closing in on the final and we may have one more small batch before we are ready to fully go to market with the new new.
