Beautiful vintage white wine glass in the model Oreste – an elegant crystal glass with a faceted stem and fine, wide cuts on the bowl. The glass has that special look that old glasses can have: light, clear and with a beautiful chime when placed on the table. Oreste originated at the Belgian glassworks Val Saint Lambert, with which Holmegaard collaborated as early as 1871. Later, the glass was produced at Holmegaard, and it was sold in Denmark from the early 1900s until the 1960s. Today, it is one of those glasses that functions both as a collector's item and as something very beautiful to set the table with. Use it for white wine, dessert wine or just as a small, elegant glass on a mixed table setting. We especially love when old crystal glasses are used in everyday life – not just stored away in the display cabinet. As the glass is vintage, small signs of age may occur.
