'All the Restaurants' Limited Edition Blanc de Blancs

This limited edition Blanc de Blancs was created in partnership with New York based illustrator John Donohue, best known for his series, All the Restaurants. On the nose this wine opens up with bright green apple, zesty lemon meringue, with a hint of toasted almonds. Fresh white peach, brioche, and a burst of tropical fruits such as kiwi and passion fruit envelop the palate with subtle honeysuckle to finish.
