The Small Fattie

"The Small Fattie" This edge-quenched Belt/Utility knife is forged from 1095 high carbon steel. This blade has been etched/bead blasted. This piece also has forge marked/acid soaked flats for contrast and a beveled spine and corners for comfort, as well as a file worked thumb rest for better control. This blade has a 3 1/8" cutting edge and is 6 1/2" overall, weighing in at 4.9 oz. The entire knife has a bead-blasted finish and both the blade and tang are acid etched. The handle scales are GripX/Griptec "Old Glory" composite handle material done in my "palm swell" style and are secured with a White G-10 pin and a matching lanyard liner (acting as a 2nd pin). This knife comes with a tooled leather pouch sheath with a matching tooled belt loop by Gerald Harper, Saddle Mountain Leather.
