French / German ensemble Thierry Lemaitre Quartet unveils its first physical single "Rooftop/Nostalgia" from their debut album "Less is more", an ethereal exploration of modern jazz. Comprising four accomplished musicians on saxophone, piano, drums and bass guitar, the group channels the artistry and chemistry of a classic jazz formation through a contemporary lens. A tribute to soul and hip hop beats blending the organic interplay of acoustic jazz with contemporary rhythmic sensibilities. First release on the new sublabel on Golden Rules called Le Mad Records.
