BDS 5 Inch Lift Kit with FOX Performance Elite for 2020-2026 Chevy Silverado or GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD 4WD

Built for serious overland and off-road builds, the BDS Suspension 5" Lift Kit transforms the 2020-2026 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD into a more capable, better-clearing rig ready for whatever the trail throws at it. Featuring BDS's No Torsion Bar Drop System, this kit mounts the torsion bars directly to the top of the lower a-arm to maximize ground clearance without dropping the torsion bar crossmember. The result is a stronger front end, corrected suspension and steering geometry for confident on-road manners, and room for tires up to 37". Up front, the kit uses torsion bar relocation brackets, high-arched 1/4" thick steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and heavy-duty skid plates for real off-road protection. CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles correct steering geometry at the new ride height and maintain ESC system compliance with the factory tie rod ends. Sway bar drops, stainless steel brake lines, and all necessary hardware round out a comprehensive front lift package. In the rear, BDS includes replacement lift blocks and u-bolts that retain factory ride quality and load capacity, along with brake line and ABS relocation brackets so factory lines can be reused. The kit is finished off with a matched set of FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks featuring remote reservoirs and DSC adjusters for next-level tuning across on-road comfort and off-road abuse.
