Silent Pool 2025 is an elegant, fresh, pale white wine made from a blend of organic Seyval Blanc and Pinot grapes with peach and rhubarb aromas. The wine is balances by a clean minerality and crisp acidity, with a long mouth-watering finish. Ideal as a Summer aperitif and for al fresco dining. Silent Pool is a lake of crystal clear water adjacent to the vineyard. Natural filtration leaves the water completely clear with a lovely blue-green colour. According to local legend, a beautiful young maiden drowned there, escaping from the clutches of King John, and now haunts the Silent Pool. Suitable for vegetarians.
